Course Description
Many small business owners find themselves trapped in the day-to-day demands of running their company. While the business may be profitable, growth can stall when too much depends on the owner for leadership, decision-making, and operational execution. This often leads to burnout, limited scalability, and reduced long-term value.
Join Becca Zanders, Certified Exit planning Advisor (CEPA), and Tony Zanders, entrepreneur and business coach, as they share practical insights from building, growing, and successfully transitioning their own business, along with years of experience advising business owners across multiple industries.
This class introduces a proven framework for creating a healthier, more sustainable business by focusing on three critical foundations: a healthy leader, healthy finances, and a healthy organization. Participants will explore six key drivers of business success – Purpose, Product or Service, People, Planning, Process, and Performance – and learn how these elements work together to strengthen strategy, improve execution, and drive measurable results.
Attendees will leave with practical tools and actionable strategies to reduce owner dependency, increase enterprise value, and build a business that is scalable, transferable, and positioned for long-term success.
