Course Description
2-for-1 Registration! One registers, two attend! You do not need to register your friend ahead of time.
Middle Aged or young at heart, we encourage you to come! This traditional Japanese karate class will emphasize basic techniques, balance, and respect. Course will include self defense training, as well as traditional kicks, blocks and strikes. Wear comfortable loose clothing. Uniforms are not required. Training is barefoot. Please remove any jewelry or watches before class.
Ages 12+ with an adult are welcome, but this is NOT a youth only class; teens to seniors are welcome.
Class is taught at 1524 S. Vista Ave, Suite 2, Boise 83705 (Hoppie Building). CLASS IS UPSTAIRS!
