PLEASE NOTE: Students will be joining an ongoing YMCA class; no refunds if student chooses not to attend after the first class. Course will be held at WEST FAMILY YMCA 5959 N. Discovery Way, Boise, ID 83713; 377.9622 Compliance with CDC guidelines and local health guidelines must be followed. Please check in at the front desk and let them know you are with Community Education. A program application and release of liability will need to be signed before the first class. Please bring your receipt and ID with you! You will need to bring ID and the program card provided every time they check into the Y for the entire session. MUST BE CHECKED IN 10 MINUTES BEFORE CLASS, OR SPOT WILL BE GIVEN TO WAITING LIST

Course Description

Enjoy 55 minutes of great music, fresh air, and beautiful views as you get in a great ride on the rooftop of the Downtown YMCA! Class utilizes hill climbs and flat sprints to help create intervals, building cardiovascular endurance and muscular strength. Cycle shoes with SPD clips are encouraged but not required. (In the event of inclement weather or poor air quality, class will be held in the indorr Cycle Studio).
