If you are attending class at a Boise Schools location, a Community Ed site coordinator will be at the entrance to direct you to your classroom. TIMBERLINE HIGH SCHOOL: 701 E Boise Ave, Boise, ID 83706 Enter through the Clocktower entrance, located near the parking lot at Linden and Boise Ave. If you park in the lot near tennis courts, you will not find Community Ed!

Course Description
Instructor will guide you through a fun and easy to follow meditation activity, intended to open our imagination to nature. We’ll use a steady (but not loud) drum beat to keep our concentration on an animal of our choice. We’ll let our imagination follow the animal and see how it lives and its role in the world. Afterwards, we will discuss our experiences.
Bring notebook/journal and a pen or pencil. Can bring a yoga mat or pillow/blanket if desired.
